If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Should there be an issue with your shipment please contact us immediately.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items will be shipped frozen and may arrive defrosted as long as the meat is still cold to the touch, the meat
can be refrozen without degradation of meat quality.
Shipping all our boxes are insured. In the event of a delay or your meat not coming in proper condition
please accept delivery, take pictures and contact us so we can work on replacing your order with our
inventory should we not have the current inventory you will be given store credit.
Once the meat has left our facility we cannot accept returns of product for health and safety reasons.
However, as stated earlier should it not arrive as it is supposed to please take pictures and reach out to
us so we can help resolve this issue.
We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping
costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Open your package promptly after delivery We are not responsible for theft, damage, or thawed
products after delivery.
Not responsible for delays in shipping due to typo, omissions errors, or incorrect deliveries made by
